Step 2: Identify problem areas preventing achievement of your goals. Your first visit will include a detailed strength assessment to assist in goal creation.

Step 3: Address problem areas while pursuing your goals. Here's where the training comes in. Progress toward your performance and health goals with one-on-one general strength, running-specific strength, technique drills, agility drills, and plyometric training sessions.

Step 2: Identify problem areas preventing achievement of your goals. Your first visit will include a detailed strength assessment to assist in goal creation.

Step 3: Address problem areas while pursuing your goals. Here's where the training comes in. Progress toward your performance and health goals with one-on-one general strength, running-specific strength, technique drills, agility drills, and plyometric training sessions.

Personal training sessions can be scheduled in packages of 1, 4, or 10 sessions. Each session is 60 minutes.
